Chardonnay and Roasted Garlic

This is for white meats and red meats respectively. I reworked the recipe this Summer and it is one of the more complex and amazing recipes I make. Lemon juice and soy sauce-based, an eight-hour Ziploc will produce perfectly marinated meats.
