Add ⅓ EVOO to make amazing salad dressings. Drizzle over strawberries and cream or peaches and cream and finish with a sprinkle of black pepper. Add to vanilla yogurt, drizzle over vanilla ice cream with berries added, drizzle over cheesecake with fresh berries added, and brush over sauteed meats like chicken or pork.
