This recipe has made a huge splash in the last three years. We started making it. People tell me they use it on all Latin dishes. It is not hot, (but can be made to be on your end) and tends to get added to pork and chicken dishes, burritos, tacos, and quesadillas. Add sour cream for a chip dip or veggie dip!
